Marshall Cavendish is concerned about Internet privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to let you know how we collect, use, and safeguard the information that is collected and used on Marshall Cavendish Digital.


User-Supplied Information

Student or individual patron information related to the "E-mail This" function or MyFolder accounts will not be collected or cataloged by Marshall Cavendish except for purposes of site maintenance and password retrieval.


Marshall Cavendish's Collection of Information

Marshall Cavendish also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit Marshall Cavendish Digital such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your ISP (Internet service provider), aggregate data about the number of visits to the Site, and/or aggregate data about the pages visited.


How Marshall Cavendish Uses the Information

How to Opt-Out

If you do not wish to receive marketing information or news about new Marshall Cavendish products, simply send an e-mail to customerservice@marshallcavendish.com with "Opt-Out of Marketing Information" in the subject line. Upon receiving your request, Marshall Cavendish will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future marketing communication. Please note that you will continue to receive notices and information pertaining to your account, including information about account expirations, changes to the site, and other matters that may affect your use or subscription.
